We are asking parents and guardians to please let the school know as soon as you know that your student is going to be absent or late.  Communication between home and school is critical for our attendance policy to be effective.

In the evening, an automatic telephone and email system will attempt to contact the home of students who are absent without notification for that day.  This notification will be sent each evening.  Please reply to this notification or call the attendance line about this absence as soon as possible.

If you are picking up your student early from school please call the main office in advance.  Please note that we do not allow parents to sign out students to remain on school property. Please do not call the school for your student to be signed out to watch a sporting event or to work in the cafeteria/library.  If a student is signed out they are expected to be off school property.
